Patient engagement North and West London Integrated Care Board

North and West London Integrated Care Board
We have been asked to share this from the newly created North and West London Integrated Care Board. We would encourage you to participate in the survey. We are still waiting to hear if we can collaborate more directly with the creation of a new patient engagement strategy. Watch this space!
For now, please do take the time to get involved. This is from the ICB:
Earlier this year, North West London and North Central London ICBs merged to become NHS West and North London – serving a population of 4.5m residents across 13 boroughs. Our role is to plan health services and make sure the NHS is working well for local people.
As a new organisation, we need to better understand how partners, residents and patients want to be involved in decisions about health and care in their area. We want to make it easier for residents to share their feedback and ideas about the NHS so that we can make improvements that will help people get fairer care and have better experiences. The insight captured will build on what people and communities have told us in previous engagement.
As part of this, we have launched the ‘Let’s talk: health and care starts with you’ campaign, which runs for six weeks. Residents can:
- Take our online survey
- Contact us for a paper copy of the survey: nclicb.communications@nhs.net
- Join our Resident Forum taking place on Thursday 9 July 6pm – 7.30pm
- Email or write to us with your thoughts: nclicb.communications@nhs.net or West and North London ICB, Ferguson House, NW1 5JD – please mark your email or letter “Involvement” so it reaches the right team.
Thank you for your ongoing support and please let us know if you have any questions.
