Our GP services

Practice Plus Integrated Urgent Care (IUC) provides community GP services on behalf of the NHS. We run local GP practices and services that give patients access to everyday healthcare, from routine appointments to ongoing support for long-term conditions.

How we work with the NHS

We work in partnership with the NHS to deliver GP services in local communities. Patients can register with our practices just like any other NHS GP, or access care through appointments and walk-in services where available. All care is provided as part of the NHS and is free at the point of use.

Our people

Our GP services are delivered by a multidisciplinary team, including GPs, advanced nurse practitioners, pharmacists, paramedics and an excellent admin team. Together, they provide safe, compassionate care and support patients to manage their health.

Supporting GP practices

We also provide additional support to GP practices through our Practice Assist service. This service offers remote GP appointments to help practices manage demand and improve access for patients. It allows patients to be seen more quickly, while giving local GP teams more time to focus on complex care.
