Our quality

At Practice Plus Integrated Urgent Care (IUC), our teams work together to deliver safe, high-quality care across the urgent care pathway. Our integrated model connects NHS 111, Clinical Assessment Services (CAS), Out of Hours (OOH) and GP services, ensuring patients receive the right care, at the right time.

Our commitment to quality

At Practice Plus IUC, we provide safe, high-quality care across the urgent care pathway. Our teams work together across NHS 111, Clinical Assessment Services (CAS), Out of Hours (OOH) and GP services to make sure patients get the right care, at the right time. We regularly review our services, listen to feedback, and make improvements to ensure we are delivering the best possible care.

Listening to patients

We use feedback from patients and service users to improve our services. We encourage people to share their experiences so we can understand what’s working well and where we need to do better. This helps us continually improve the care we provide.

How we are regulated

Our services are inspected by the Care Quality Commission (CQC), the independent regulator of health and adult social care services in England. The CQC checks that services are safe, effective, caring, responsive and well-led. You can find out more about their work and view inspection reports on their website.
