Out-of-Hours (OOH)

Through our Out-of-Hours services, patients can access urgent care outside normal GP opening times. Our clinical teams work closely with NHS 111 to provide advice, appointments, and home visits across the communities we serve.

OOH services

Practice Plus Integrated Urgent Care (IUC) provides Out-of-Hours (OOH) GP services for patients who need urgent care when their usual GP practice is closed. Our teams work evenings, overnight, weekends and bank holidays to make sure patients can still access care when they need it.

Our services are delivered by a multidisciplinary team, including GPs, advanced nurse practitioners and other healthcare professionals. Working as part of the NHS, our teams provide compassionate, high-quality care and support patients at times when access to healthcare is most needed.
