OOH services
Practice Plus Integrated Urgent Care (IUC) provides Out-of-Hours (OOH) GP services for patients who need urgent care when their usual GP practice is closed. Our teams work evenings, overnight, weekends and bank holidays to make sure patients can still access care when they need it.
How it works
Patients access OOH services through NHS 111.
After an initial assessment, they may be:
- given advice over the phone
- booked into a face-to-face appointment
- visited at home by a clinician
- referred to another appropriate service
Our aim is to make sure patients are supported quickly and safely, and guided to the right care.

Our people
Our services are delivered by a multidisciplinary team, including GPs, advanced nurse practitioners and other healthcare professionals. Working as part of the NHS, our teams provide compassionate, high-quality care and support patients at times when access to healthcare is most needed.
