Clinical Assessment Services

Practice Plus Integrated Urgent Care (IUC) provides Clinical Assessment Services (CAS) to support patients who need further clinical advice following contact with NHS 111. Our clinicians assess patients, provide treatment and advice, and make sure they are directed to the right care.

How it works

Patients are referred to CAS after an initial assessment through NHS 111. They are then contacted by a clinician, such as a GP, nurse or paramedic, who will:
