Practice Plus Integrated Urgent Care has published its Quality Account for 2025-2026

Practice Plus Integrated Urgent Care (IUC) has published its Quality Account for 2025-2026. The purpose of a quality report is to inform our stakeholders and the public about the quality of services delivered by Practice Plus IUC and to help identify strengths and areas for improvement in patient care. It ensures that care is safe, effective, patient-centred, and consistent with NHS standards.

It is not a mandated requirement, but we want to demonstrate our commitment to continuous, evidence-based quality improvement and to explain our progress. It shows how services have made a difference in patient health and wellbeing and it communicates progress against key NHS priorities: safety, clinical effectiveness and patient experience.
